WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Plant Controller I at Kashi, you will be part of our success by:
Conducting planning and analysis of plant financial activity
Supervising and developing the plant finance team
Providing complex financial analyses and insights for Plant Leadership
Ensuring senior management is kept abreast of progress on projects, key due dates, opportunities and risks, and financial metrics
Completing the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, tracking specific expenses, and other financial reporting
Preparing and evaluating financial models to be used in economic/financial research and analyses for use in the development of business strategies and in subsequent analyses of results
Ensuring project financials are in conformance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Qualification: WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Finance, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a Finance/Business related field
Substantial related work experience
Advanced PC skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in ERP and other financial planning systems
Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Finance/Business or related field and a CPA/CMA Certification
  • SAP Experience
  • Experience with Lean and/or Integrated Work Systems

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
